About the role
Hadas Mayim serves a diverse audience, and a significant portion of our customers are Russian speakers. We are looking for people who can communicate at a native level and provide a personalized and unique service experience.

Main areas of responsibility
- Providing service and responding to Russian-speaking customers
- Making sales calls to Russian-speaking leads
- Translation and clarification of processes for customers
- Mediation between the client and the company departments
- Recording inquiries in the CRM system
Requirements
- Russian at native level โ mandatory
- Good level of Hebrew (speaking and writing)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivation and ability to work independently
A significant advantage
- Sales/customer service experience
- Additional languages โโ(English / Arabic)
- Experience with CRM
