About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Center Manager to lead our team and place them at the center of the company's success. The role requires a balance between managing people and goals, decision-making ability, and a high level of results orientation.
Main areas of responsibility
- Ongoing management of a team of sales representatives (approximately 30 representatives)
- Responsibility for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Guidance, mentoring and professional development of team members
- Building call scripts and workflows for the call center
- Analyzing KPIs and performance reports, and generating insights for continuous improvement
- Close cooperation with marketing, service and operations departments
- Recruitment and onboarding of new representatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing a sales center/sales team
- Proof of results in meeting goals
- Leadership, mentoring and team building abilities
- Data orientation and report analysis ability
- Mastery of CRM tools (advantage: Syata / Salesforce)
- Hebrew at native level, English at a good level
A significant advantage
- Experience in consumer products/home services
- Additional languages โโ(Russian / Arabic / English)
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree (Management/Marketing)
