About the role
We are opening a dedicated role for Arabic speakers to improve the service and sales experience for Arabic-speaking customers. A real opportunity to influence and lead an area of โโactivity.

Main areas of responsibility
- Providing service and responding to Arabic-speaking customers
- Making sales calls to Arabic-speaking leads
- Translation and clarification of processes for customers
- Mediation between the client and the company departments
- Recording inquiries in the CRM system
Requirements
- Native level Arabic โ mandatory
- Good level of Hebrew (speaking and writing)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivation and ability to work independently
A significant advantage
- Sales/customer service experience
- Additional languages โโ(English / Russian)
- Experience with CRM
