Main areas of responsibility
- Providing telephone support to company customers
- Troubleshooting and service failures
- Coordination of technician visits and maintenance services
- Service systems management and request documentation
- Providing customized solutions to customers
- Collaboration with operations and logistics departments
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and patience
- Ability to solve problems and work under pressure
- Hebrew at the native language level
- Computer orientation
- Willingness to work shifts (as needed)
A significant advantage
- Customer service/call center experience
- Additional languages โโ(Russian / Arabic / English)
- Light technical experience
