1. Product defect or non-conformity

The customer is obliged to inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If the product was delivered damaged, or if the product specifications provided do not match the specifications published on the website, the customer will be entitled to cancel the transaction by sending a written notice to the company. In such a case, the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee.

2. Cancel a transaction within 14 days

The transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, by written notice to the company, including by fax or e-mail to the address Sales@hadass-maim.com, provided that the product is in good condition and is returned with the original invoice.

In each cancellation notice, the customer must state:

  • Order Number
  • Full name
  • ID number

The return of the products will be made to a place determined by the Company at its sole discretion, or by a courier on behalf of the Company, with the shipping cost being borne by the customer.

In such a case, the company will refund to the customer, within 14 days of receiving the product back, that part of the transaction price that was paid, will cancel the charge for the transaction, and will not charge the customer any amount, except for a handling fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lowerIf installation has been performed, they will be charged. Additional 100 NIS.

It is clarified that a monetary credit after cancellation of the transaction will only apply to a product that was returned in good condition, not damaged, and not used in water, in accordance with the provisions of the law. The credit will not apply to:

  • A perishable product whose packaging has been opened
  • A service provided to the customer for a fee, including a technician visit, product disassembly and/or assembly.

3. Cancellation of service route commitment

A commitment to a service route made through the website can be canceled even after 14 days have passed, but in such a case the following conditions will apply:

A. The customer will notify the cancellation of the transaction by written notice to the company, by mail, fax or e-mail.

B. The cancellation of the transaction will take effect within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the notice by the Company. If the notice was sent by registered mail, the cancellation will take effect within 6 business days from the date of shipment.

In any case of such cancellation, the Company will be entitled to retain the higher of the two amounts:

A. The company's full expenses for repairs made to the product, to the extent that the cancellation is made after the legally stipulated warranty period.

B. The proportional portion of the annual service fee for each month in which the agreement was in effect, as well as full payment for filters and accessories supplied up to the date of cancellation of the deal.

The balance of the funds actually paid for the service will be paid to the customer by check or by crediting the customer's credit card.

4. Cancellation of a transaction by the company

The Company will be entitled to cancel the order and/or the contract with the user in any of the cases detailed below, provided that the user is notified thereof, detailing the reasons for the cancellation, within 10 days from the date of confirmation of the order:

A. If there was a bona fide error in any of the data published in the product ad, including the product price or description, and on the basis of which the order was placed.

B. If the user provided incorrect, inaccurate and/or incomplete information.

5. Extended right of cancellation

Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants will be entitled to a cancellation right for a period of up to 4 months, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
